Right now I had switched to Linux desktop. But the driver works the same.
Sharing it here as there's other users beside me who uses it.
Also note that this is Native Windows Keyboard driver. Not a 3rd party application that sits on your desktop and shows ad.

Download habibkey.zip -- 250kb.
Unzip and install. You can then add it to your system from System -> Regional and Language Setting -> Keyboard -> Habib Key (Bengali).
That's the standard way to install any other keyboard driver on Windows. Nothing new.
k for ক
shift-K for খ
i for ি
I for ই
and so on
No key is mapped with Ctrl or Alt. It's all shift or without shift.
Try it a little. f
is for link / virama / হসন্ত. Discover the other keys.
It also uses - _ + = < > ` ~
for other letters. Every letter is a single keystroke.
